Role Description
As our Marketing Intern, you will use your analytical mind creatively to help further initiatives for the marketing department. In addition, you’ll contribute to, and implement, both internal and external campaigns driving impact for Comcast Technology Solutions and its services. As in most job descriptions, you will be tasked with “other duties as assigned” which can mean anything from email communications to leading a new marketing initiative. Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Works independently and collaboratively with internal teams and outside vendors to further department projects and initiatives.
Regularly assists in Pardot marketing automation platform to send emails, create distribution lists, and help automate workflows.
Supports the CTS site with content updates or creation in Drupal backend.
Supports marketing-led events in our webinar platform.
Assists in Salesforce CRM lead queue management and routing.
Builds budget and purchase request skillset as support for our marketing budget management.
Monitors and routes customer requests and updates from general CTS inbox, including applying customer updates in our Salesforce CRM platform.
Builds skillset in marketing technology platforms as support for projects and ongoing management.
Opportunity to build better user experiences for prospects and customers, and utilize creative ways to personalize our digital content.
Drives initiatives forward with project management skillset. Asana or other project management platform experience a plus.
Helps with reporting to measure success of Marketing programs.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Skills
Microsoft Office suite familiarity, Google Analytics or similar platforms, Pardot marketing email and automation or similar platforms
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
Rising Junior or Rising Senior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2025- Spring 2027)
Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2025 semester before graduating)
Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 2 through August 15, 2025
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Base Pay: $32.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
