GoodData has an innovative and well differentiated analytics product and we need your help to let the world know about all its new exciting features and capabilities. We are looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager  passionate about translating technical value into compelling product marketing content.

In this role, you'll team up with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to turn technical features into clear, engaging content. You'll help with sales tools, customer discussions, and analyst chats, while also creating or contributing to technical articles, demos, and webinars.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like

  • You’ll act as a bridge between the product strategy team (who define the go-to-market and product positioning), marketing team (who turn the vision into targeted campaigns and content), and the sales team (who have the most direct path to the customer).

  • You’ll transform complex technical analytics and BI concepts into stories that would appeal to their respective target audiences - developers, data engineers, and business leaders.

  • You’ll work with internal stakeholders and conduct your own research on how to execute campaigns, for both inbound and outbound marketing.

  • You’ll define requirements for new content (articles, webinars, community posts, social media posts, etc.) and personally execute on those requirements, alongside the marketing or other supporting teams as needed.

Interested? Here’s what will help you be successful in this role

  • You have experience working in a technical role within the BI and Analytics space, ideally background in engineering, data, analytics, or software development and solid grasp of technical concepts - this is crucial to keeping your work accurate and relevant. Are you a former data engineer or BI developer looking for a different type of challenge? Perfect, let’s chat!

  • You enjoy staying up to date with trends and market movement within BI and Analytics software (e.g. you are very aware of competitor products, and hot industry trends, follow relevant voices in the data and analytics community, etc.).

  • You’re willing and interested in getting hands-on with the GoodData platform.

  • You have experience organizing and executing large-scale initiatives that require input and activities from multiple teams, such as sales, engineering, marketing, product management, and strategy.

  • You enjoy considering how to create an ideal customer experience for product feature launches (e.g. Will this resonate best as a “vision update” or “feature release” and what specific components are included within it?).

  • You’re able and willing to create content for data engineers and developers (e.g. writing blog posts, articles, hosting a webinar, videos, building presentations).

  • You possess strong communication skills that will enable you to effectively build demos, articles, slides, and other assets for diverse audiences - both internal and external.
