What you’ll do 

You’ll manage sourcing and procurement activities for assigned categories, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and supply reliability. This includes supplier selection and evaluation, contract negotiation, purchase execution, and delivery follow-up. You will monitor market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, mitigate supply risks, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Planning, QA, Finance, and Operations) to ensure smooth procurement processes and continuous improvement.

Who we’re looking for 

We’re looking for someone with strong procurement, sourcing, and supplier management expertise, with the ability to balance commercial, operational, and quality requirements

You’ll also have:   

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Good analytical skills and cost awareness
• Experience working with ERP systems and procurement tools is an advantage
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
• Good communication in Vietnamese and English
