Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day involves resolving incidents and problems across various business system components to ensure operational stability. You will create and implement Requests for Change, update knowledge base articles for effective troubleshooting, and collaborate with vendors while assisting service management teams in issue analysis and resolution. Your role is crucial in maintaining seamless operations and enhancing the overall efficiency of the technology support environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to system configurations and procedures. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server. - Strong understanding of cloud-based collaboration tools and their integration. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Microsoft 365 applications. - Familiarity with user account management and security protocols within Microsoft 365. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
