Payroll 岗位:

岗位职责：

1. 独立负责公司员工薪资核算及发放，确保及时性及准确性；

2. 独立完成工资报表的制作、复核及异常数据分析，编制并优化人员费用分析报告，为人力成本控制提供数据支持；

3. 熟悉多地区法律政策，处理各地薪酬、社保、个税等项目执行，并处理集团代发、外包人员工资等复杂场景；

4. 管理个税申报流程，确保申报数据合规、流程高效；

5. 处理各类薪酬及考勤相关的突发问题，提供专业解决方案；

6. 作为流程专家带领并培养团队成员，提升整体专业能力及交付质量；

7. 协助上级推动薪酬管理流程标准化与系统优化项目；

岗位要求： 

1. 大专及以上学历；

2. 5年以上薪酬相关工作经验，熟悉BPO或共享中心交付模式者优先；

3. 精通各地区劳动用工、社保、公积金、个税等相关政策法规及实操；

4. 有1年以上团队管理或3年以上流程专家经验优先，能指导团队员工进行业务处理及问题分析；

5. 较强的逻辑思维与抗压能力，能胜任较复杂的数据处理与多任务并行；

6. 熟练掌握Excel高级功能（如VLOOKUP、透视表、函数嵌套等）及薪酬管理系统；

7. 注重细节，具备良好的沟通协调能力与跨部门协作能力；
