About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations with a deep understanding of crypto, current regulatory landscape in the US and traditional finance capital markets businesses. The Director Operations will be primarily responsible for assisting the US CEO coordinate and execute strategy by coordinating with all functional stakeholders. At the outset the Director Ops will report to the US CEO and over time the role will transition under the US COO.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • The primary role of the Director Ops will be to manage the controls organization within OKX ensuring all requisite governance frameworks are working appropriately. This will require coordinating with all relevant functional stakeholders and ensuring key governance forums are held periodically and necessary risks documented and tracked.
  • Additionally, the Director Ops will also work closely with the business development team to ensure the proper build of an account management function as the US business builds out. In this regard, the individual will help identifying and develop major accounts, foster long-term relationships with high-value clients, help drive account growth through strategic initiatives and personalized engagement, and help develop and maintain specific partnerships that help the US business. The individual will be expected to maintain a seamless relationship with the Global Sales Teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration, while setting clear objectives for the US business.
  • The Director Operations will also be expected to collaborate with the product team to roll out new products, enhance existing products and develop new offerings that meet market demands, ensuring product alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work with relevant global teams to ensure relevant data, information and reports are supplied to the US CEO Office.

The salary range for this position is $190,000 - $262,000. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
