Minimum Qualifications:
High School or GED plus four (4) years of Human Resources experience in benefits administration, leave administration, or other applicable Human Resource function.
Proven experience in benefits administration and leave management.
Strong understanding of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits and leave.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
Additional Information:
Responsibilities:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and leaves.
Process and track leave requests, such as FMLA, maternity/paternity leave, disability, and personal leave.
Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate handling of benefit deductions and payments.
Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry trends related to benefits and leaves.
Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement policies and procedures related to benefits and leave administration.
Conduct benefits orientations and educate employees on available benefits options.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to benefits and leave.
This position has the potential to be hybrid but will also require being in the Little Rock office at times.
