What is GSS International Team responsible for?

GSS International department provides TA service delivery and business partners oversight, as well as key distribution relationship support, for the funds domiciled in the CEEMEA, Americas and APAC Regions.

Part of the group is a new Benji Customer Support Team which is responsible for the Transfer Agent activities including Client Service, Operations, AML/KYC, and Commissions/Rebates.

The team is supporting funds distribution in above mentioned markets also with regards to projects and provides an overview of local procedures and processes.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of  Global Shareholder Services (GSS) – Client Relationship Specialist?

  • Addressing complex customer inquiries and handling complaints.

  • Verifying and processing customer requests and transactions.

  • Onboarding new clients and corresponding via email.

  • Reconciling and validating banking payments.

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure high service levels.

  • Building relationships to meet customer needs and enhance their experience.

  • Detecting and addressing potential suspicious activities.

  • Adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve workflow, productivity, and quality.

  • Identifying customer trends and recommending solutions.

  • Ensuring data integrity through quality control activities.

  • Facilitating improvements based on internal requirements.

  • Representing the division in initiatives and influencing project decisions.

  • Assisting supervisors with operational tasks.

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

  • Is fluent in English,

  • Has strong interpersonal skills, as well as diplomacy and tact,

  • Has relevant client service, operational and/or AML/KYC knowledge and experience,

  • Has strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills,

  • Previous TA experience would be an asset,

  • Strong attention to details,

  • Ability to work independently and manage own tasks with limited supervision,

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international environment,

  • Ability to work on team projects and achieve team goals,

  • Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced changing environment,

  • Ability to maintain knowledge of procedures, products, and projects.
