Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, your day involves designing and structuring advanced language models capable of understanding and generating human-like text. You will focus on creating architectures that efficiently process vast amounts of unstructured text data, ensuring the models are optimized for performance and scalability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align model capabilities with project goals and continuous refinement of model parameters to enhance output quality are integral parts of your routine. Your role demands a thoughtful approach to innovation and problem-solving within the evolving landscape of natural language processing technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Document architectural decisions and maintain clear communication across teams.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks.
- Strong understanding of model training techniques using large-scale unlabeled datasets.
- Familiarity with optimization methods to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex model behaviors and outputs.
- Knowledge of scalable computing environments for training and deploying large models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
