Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As an CAD / MSVisio Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of production and development systems. Your typical day will involve providing technical support and maintenance for software products, both remotely and onsite. You will work with various platforms, addressing issues related to hardware and software, and implementing technology solutions at the operating system level. Your role will require you to troubleshoot basic and intermediate level problems, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the needs of users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: Under Limited Supervision, prepare CAD diagrams based on Wireless designs. Some of the tasks included are: - Coordinate with Network Engineering Team and understand wireless designs - Ability to comprehend network designs and convert it into documents. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, complex projects, and short deadlines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: CAD and MS-Visio knowledge • IT Networking knowledge • Communication skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Autodesk AutoCAD. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
