Role Purpose

The Management Trainee – Human Resources will be part of the India HR team and will gain hands-on exposure across key HR functions. This role is designed to build strong HR fundamentals while supporting business priorities in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, interview coordination, and documentation
  • Assist with onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires
  • Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS

2. HR Operations

  • Support employee lifecycle processes such as employee data management, documentation, and HR systems updates
  • Assist in HR compliance activities and audits
  • Coordinate with payroll and onboarding teams for data accuracy

3. Learning & Development

  • Assist in planning and coordination of training programs
  • Track training calendars, nominations, attendance, and feedback
  • Support learning initiatives and internal HR projects

4. Employee Engagement

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and internal communication
  • Assist in organizing townhalls, events, and engagement activities

5. HR Projects

  • Work on HR analytics, process improvement, and automation initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects aligned with business needs

    Eligibility & Qualifications

    • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a recognized institute
      (Final-year students or fresh graduates preferred)
    • Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources
    • Good understanding of basic HR concepts
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
