Responsibilities:

Manufacture and control high-precision parts, adhering to strict quality standards and keeping an eye on timelines. Carry out the finishing of the produced parts to ensure that they meet our high standards. Play a key role in the separate collection and collection of recyclable materials, thus actively contributing to our sustainability strategy. SPC error collection cards to identify and implement potential opportunities for improvement. Create a performance report that documents our progress and identifies opportunities for improvement. Strictly adhere to the workflow and all safety regulations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Taking responsibility for the quality of our products as well as the order and cleanliness of the workplace.

Qualifications:

Knowledge in the field of manufacturing or production.

Ideally, training in the technical field, which is seen as an additional plus.

German language skills at least B1 level.

The willingness to work in 3-shift operation.

The ability to perform light tasks without having to lift heavy weights (maximum 10 kg).

An overwhelming willingness to work standing up.
