Function Overview

The Identity & Access Management team (IAM) is a global organization within Citi’s Chief Information Security Office (CISO) with 1200+ employees located across the globe. Service Delivery manages entitlement and provisioning of access for internal Citi employees / contractors and increasingly for external Citi clients who are using Citi applications.  Service Delivery works in partnership with CISO to build appropriate security architecture in new apps and supports large business-driven technology projects related to information security issues.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages a team of analysts who Provision user/Functional ID entitlements, compliance review requests and/or incident/change management handling for Citi’s global customer base within established support thresholds
  • Identify new ideas and approaches based on interactions with the team.
  • Provide positive and professional leadership to all 
  • Assists in developing and maintaining team morale.
  • Assist higher management in maintaining operational service and quality levels in line with the global standards.
  • Analyzing and finding the key areas for process improvement and creating an action plan for the implementation of the same
  • Reporting Business Metrics - Ensure performance and reporting on metrics of timeliness accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Pro-active Planning - anticipates and plans for the future
  • Career Planning & Development - Facilitate career planning & development for entire team with a focus to build resilience in the team.
  • Project Management.
  • Process Management & Compliance - Monitor and improve and transform all process through a well-defined methodology.
  • Client Satisfaction - Proactively anticipate client needs and ascertain means to improve satisfaction and monitor levels.
  • Ascertain means for retention - Devise and implement means for creating a participative work environment and thereby improving employee satisfaction levels and retention.
  • Lead the team through quality initiatives.
  • Client relationship management – devise means of improving client relationship at all levels.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • Should possess minimum 10 years of overall work experience in an operational/processing environment.
  • Track record of employee development (including an emphasis on selection and retention).
  • Result orientation with a bias towards action, supporting a culture of ownership and learning.
  • Skilled in collaborative management environment, project management & succeeding through regular meetings
  • Demonstrated high level of written and oral English communication/Interpersonal/negotiation skills to operate with Global Teams.
  • Experience in handling Internal/External clients. Ability to deal demanding client expectations
  • Experience in Identity & Access management, Information Security, Risk and Control domain would be an added advantage
  • Graduate in any stream.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
