What will you do? 

• Manage and monitor our Commercial self-service Snowflake database.

• Oversee existing pipeline ingestions from centralized usable layer and implement enhancements to optimize performance.

• Conduct performance tuning of the Snowflake database to ensure efficient data warehousing and speed.

• Create and implement code changes between development and production environments.

• Collaborate with solution team members for necessary infrastructure changes needed for new solutions and offerings.

• Work closely with the data management team to ensure data quality and optimal performance.

• Document downstream dependencies from other teams using the data mart.

• Act as a liaison between the team and Enterprise IT.

• Create standard processes and documentation regarding security, data quality thresholds, and availability.

• Develop new Data Mart datasets for reporting when necessary.

How will you do it? 

• By utilizing advanced SQL knowledge and Snowflake database management experience.

• Engaging with a diverse team and coordinating efforts across functional groups including Pricing, S&OP, and Finance.

• Implementing a mix of in-office and remote work collaboration.

• Maintaining communication with executive leadership and supporting business units.

What are we looking for?  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• SnowPro Core Certification is required; SnowPro Advanced Certification is preferred.

• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with Snowflake database management.

• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory (ADF) is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
