Mission Statement:
As a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) manager, you’ll lead our efforts to ensure our workplace is safe, healthy, and free of risks to the environment and our community. Your role will help keep our stakeholders safe, while keeping our environment safe as well. This role is People's Manager together with functionally responsible for HSE to specific area of the business.
Your Responsibilities:
Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff.
Plans and evaluates department policies, processes, priorities, and performance goals.
Maintains staff by recruiting, onboarding, training, assessing, and promoting employees.
Responsible for Team's performance by proper workload management & allocating tasks and to ensure that the team members follow the business-related requirements.
Ensures that the team is on track to meet performance goals and makes adjustments based on performance data as needed.
Motivates direct reports by providing positive feedback and skills development.
Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Acts as a liaison with senior level management and other department managers by developing productive, collaborative relationships and utilizing clear and effective communication.
Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
Developing and executing health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
Prepares reports for senior level management to help track their team’s progress.
Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety
Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions
Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics
Lead technical Proof of Concept (CoP) activities for specific customers and interact accordingly with these customers.
Support technical promotion presentations/activities and basic training to end customers to facilitate sales activities.
Occasionally international travel for technical PoC and customer meetings (presentations and activities).

Your Background:
Have an Engineering degree with Masters in HSE with a minimum work experience of 12+ years in HSE & minimum 5+ years of Managerial position / as a Leader.
Should be previous experience as People Manager
Should have experience in EPC Projects & Electrical related industry.
Candidate must have knowledge on ISO19011/ ISO14001.
Candidate must have Knowledge & Experience MS Office: Word, Excel.
Good behavior & handling a big team with good versatility.
Experience in substation environment and protection application.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
