In the HPE Hybrid Cloud, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. Working with customers, we help them reimagine their information technology needs to deliver a simple, consumable solution that helps them drive their business results. What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and implement enhancements, updates, and programming changes for end-user application software across local, networked, and internet-based platforms
  • Analyze requirements and translate high-level objectives into detailed coding, programming, and integration activities aligned with overall product architecture
  • Develop, execute, and document comprehensive testing plans, protocols, and scripts for assigned application modules or subsystems
  • Identify, debug, and resolve code-level and integration issues to ensure application stability and performance
  • Lead and coordinate with internal teams and outsourced development partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality software solutions
  • Collaborate closely with management and cross-functional stakeholders to provide updates on design status, project progress, and issue resolution
  • Represent the software applications engineering team across all phases of larger and more complex development initiatives
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to junior and less-experienced engineers

What You Need to Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent technical discipline
  • 4–6 years of experience in software application development or engineering roles
  • Strong proficiency in software application design tools, programming languages, and development frameworks
  • Experience designing and supporting software applications across multiple platform types
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including test planning, debugging, and use of testing tools or scripts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to quality and detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts, design proposals, and architectural decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence discussions at management levels
