Responsabilities: 

• Developing a full understanding of business, compliance, and regulatory operations in the US through interviews, business documents, procedures, and independent research.
• Learn about and exploit existing risk management processes impliemented for Inter’s Brazilian operations for implementation over US operations.
• Support each US business line in its current risk management processes and work with managers and operational staff to improve and implement improved risk management practices.
• Coordinate with data analysts in developing risk management reporting for managers and senior management.
• Coordinate with and support the US Chief Risk Officer in developing information and reports for compliance committees.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Risk, Risk Management, Risk Methods, or other related fields.
• Specific Knowledge in Risk management practices, interview techniques, risk analysis, investigative techniques.
