Job description

The Interim Enterprise Transformation Lead is responsible for managing complex projects at enterprise level ranging from data analyses to strategic projects for JLT and act as Chief of Staff to the GM . He/she ensures priority initiatives are delivered with discipline, speed and challenge the status quo. The responsibilities of this role include: Planning roll out of strategic initiatives requested by JLT, preparing supporting material for JLT initiatives, performing analyses and coordinating among departments for complex analytics questions and managing team of project managers.

Key responsibilities

Strategic operations

  • Chief of staff for GM
  • Manage cross functional collaboration on multiple priority initiatives for JLT
  • Lead the preparation and organisation of JLT meetings
  • Ensure consistent action delivery across JLT members

Analytics

  • Prepare analyses of brand performance
  • Support the preparations, inputs & outputs of working meetings and works across marketing, medical, development and tech on business strategy alignment, dependencies, risks and capacity

Team leader

  • Oversee projects managed by team member
  • Coach and manage performance of team members
  • Manage team resources and coherence

The individual must be commercially minded and have experience of project management as well as having strong quantitative capabilities. The individual will also play a coaching role in upskilling project management capabilities in the teams he works with.

Experience

  • min. 3 years of relevant experience in start-up or multinational (e.g., Marketing, Sales, project management, product development, operations, management consulting)
  • Experience in delivering business impact through improved processes and Tech enabled solutions
  • Experience in collaborating with team members with diverse backgrounds and priorities
  • Ability to communicate complex and/or conceptual ideas in simple terms
  • Content knowledge of respective functional area helpful (marketing, medical, sales) 

Education/certification/Language

Strong commercial mind, empathy and care for others, willingness to get hands dirty and challenge the status quo
