Job Summary
• This role is responsible for product line management and contribution to defining business plans and growth strategies. The role collaborates with sales teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans while monitoring category P&L and sales performance. The role demonstrates a deep understanding of product categories and acts as an expert in providing directions and guidance for product roadmap and 4P executions.

Responsibilities
Consumer US Retail display category management including: 4P business strategy & plan; P&L management; and competitive/ industry knowledge. Actively contribute/lead the definition of the display category business plan.

• Contributes and actively participates in defining the category business plan and strategies to drive growth and profitability.

• Collaborates with various internal teams from marketing, sales, and finance to ensure seamless execution of category plans.
• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develops action plans accordingly.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of product categories, business management, and sales challenges and strategies.
• Gathers and analyzes customer feedback and data to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and translates insights into actionable improvements.
• Build relationships and represents the team at a senior level with the sales force and other partners.
• Holds responsibility for product line and P&L management for a significant share of the product range or a specific customer segment.
• Oversees functional responsibilities in one or several areas such as market analysis, marketing engagement, etc.
• Leads the partnership engagements with retailers and global business unit

Knowledge and Skills:

•            Sharp business planning and analytical skills

•            Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices.

•            Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.

•            Leadership skills and cross functional expertise (sales, supply chain, marketing).

Education and Experience Required:

•            Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Engineering; advanced degree or MBA preferred.

•            Typically 7+ years of professional experience with a combination of Marketing, Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred.

•            Demonstrated Team leadership experience.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $133,600.00 to $205,750.00 annually, with a 80/20 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
