The Scandinavian Client Management Team is responsible for Scandinavian client service and relationship management for all Scandinavian based clients. CMC Markets Scandinavian branch is situated in Norway in a very attractive office in central Oslo.

We have a large Swedish client base and this Swedish role will predominantly be servicing our Swedish clients so the right candidate must be native in Swedish.

Job Description

  • Provide high calibre client service to ensure a positive client experience to our customers
  • Take ownership for owning and driving an excellent client experience for our clients through all touch points in the client life-cycle. This includes: account opening, platform introduction and query management.
  • Escalate all client issues in a timely manner to appropriate levels to ensure a consistently high level of client service
  • Proactively respond to and manage inbound client queries professionally and efficiently as well as performing outbound client calls.
  • Various administrative tasks such as translations of English content to Swedish
  • Keep abreast of global and economic news in order to provide support to clients
  • Act as a brand ambassador in all client interactions

Key Skills & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in relevant discipline - desirable
  • Native in Swedish as well as strong English language is required
  • Passion and enthusiasm for our products and services such as trading platforms and investment products
  • Operates with integrity and a highly client centric mind-set
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Will need to pass Norwegian Securities Dealers Association´s authorization scheme in due course.
