Position Responsibilities:

  • Partner with organizational leaders to align workforce strategies with strategic business goals, market trends, and competitive pressures

  • Anticipate workforce needs and design forward-looking solutions to support business objectives

  • Conduct detailed analyses of workforce capabilities, demographics, and skillsets to identify critical roles and talent gaps

  • Predict future workforce demand, evaluate risks, and ensure readiness for organizational growth and change

  • Develop and implement strategies to address talent gaps, including hiring, upskilling, reskilling, automation, and organizational redesign

  • Provide oversight for workforce-related policies, processes, and technical strategies

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by delivering data-driven insights and actionable workforce solutions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience executing strategic workforce planning strategies

  • 5+ years of experience analyzing data and metrics to identify future organization needs

  • 3+ years of experience leading direct reports and inspiring teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • Experience with workforce planning tools and HRIS systems

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience managing large scale projects from beginning to end

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $146,200 - $227,700
