As a Healthcare Technology Lead Delivery, you will work closely with our Danish clients and client group leadership in growing our Technology business through overseeing the delivery of key engagements and participating in sales. At the same time, you will be accountable for the technology business outcomes internally and developing the team and people around you.

You get to broaden your perspectives by interacting with brilliant minds and people from many backgrounds and cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead healthcare technology activities in Denmark
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery for a contract, to meet operational, contractual, and economic commitments. Drive follow-on work by up-selling and or cross-selling the contract.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients assigned to you.
  • Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.
  • Building long-term, profitable growth by driving new sales and overseeing high-quality technology project deliveries to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborating with your colleagues and ecosystem partners globally to bring new and innovative ideas and solutions to help your clients.
  • Contributing towards the growth of our team & and the development of our people

Requirements:

  • Deep experience in the healthcare sector in Denmark
  • Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to influence, collaborate, partner, motivate and build relationships.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) skills in English and Danish.
