LAB49 (an ION Group company) is an NYC-based global technology consulting firm that has been designing and building digital products for the world’s leading investment banks, hedge funds, asset managers, and fintech startups since 2002.

Currently we are looking for a Visual Designer to support our internal communications, employer branding, and external client-facing materials, including pitch decks and presentation templates. This role is centered on strong visual craft, clarity, consistency, and speed—bringing complex ideas to life through polished, brand-aligned design.

You’ll partner closely with our  talent, and sales leadership to design high-quality visual assets and scalable templates, using Figma as a core production and collaboration tool.
