• グループ会社約5000名の給与計算業務（月次給与、臨時賞与、特別退職金の3サイクルが毎月あります）
• 支給・控除のデータ登録、計算結果のチェック作業、月次レポートの出力
• 会計伝票データの作成
• 所得税、住民税を始めとする法定関連業務
• 社員からの問い合わせ対応
• 地方自治体からの問い合わせ対応
• 外部ベンダーとの協力、調整業務
• グローバルプロジェクトの参加

＜必要なスキル・経験＞

• 給与業務、源泉徴収義務者としての知識
• 社会保険関連の用語や要件の知識
• 目的に応じてExcel関数を駆使できる
• 英語（リーディング、ライティングは必須、社内コミュニケーションが取れるレベル）
• チーム内外問わず、自ら率先してコミュニケーションが取れる
• 変化の多いJ&Jにおいて、臨機応変に対応できる柔軟性
