What You’ll Do:

• Partner with hiring managers to design smart, effective recruitment strategies.
• Craft and share engaging job postings that attract top candidates.
• Interview and evaluate applicants to find the best fit for our teams and culture.
• Represent IQVIA at job fairs and build strong relationships with universities and professional networks.
• Guide managers through best practices in interviewing and selection.
• Stay on top of market trends and work with compensation teams to ensure competitive offers.
• Ensure our hiring practices reflect our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and compliance.
• Participate in global projects to innovate and improve recruitment processes.
• Conduct market mapping to identify talent trends and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a corporate setting.
• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

• Familiarity with digital sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
