ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Partner is a key member of the China PX Team and is responsible for providing leadership and expertise to talent and organizational capabilities project and initiatives.
The incumbent will be accountable to plan and lead execution of Biopharma China talent agenda, in conjunction with the China business leadership team.
(S)He will be the point of contact for OD and Talent Management and will liaise with HQ Biopharma OD/Talent Global group and Global Talent Solution team.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with passion for new ways of working in the OD and talent space;
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Partner with PXCF to develop China relevant talent management plans aligned to enterprise and business priorities and goals.
• Plan and lead execution of talent agenda across BUs
• Drive a talent growth agenda which enables the exploration of diverse growth paths. This includes non-traditional (zigzag) moves for internal colleagues, in alignment to business needs and colleagues’ aspirations
• Facilitate cross-BU Talent Management process
• Assess & create action plans to address competency gaps for existing key talent
• Determine key functional and leadership capabilities and development opportunities for senior leaders as they on-board
• Lead and advise business on development and execution of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategic plans
Partner with business leaders, HR ,Talent Acquisition to proactively identify a strategic workforce plans that links organizational strategy with current and future talent landscape (internal and external) in order to ensure a more robust and proactive talent strategy
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required, master's degree is preferred
• Proven track record in developing OD/Talent/Change Management Programs
• Strong interpersonal, written & oral English communication & presentation skill
• Strong project management, and problem-solving skills required
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and respond back in a timely manner and pay attention to details
• A strong sense of business ethics including the ability to appropriately handle confidential information
• Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
• Ability to learn and understand the business and is motivated to continue learning
