The Audio-Visual Analyst will oversee the scheduling and management of conference room bookings, ensuring seamless coordination for all video conferencing needs. This role involves maintaining and troubleshooting conference room technology, including AV equipment and software, to support efficient and effective meetings. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a customer-focused approach to enhance the overall user experience.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conduct regular maintenance and updates for AV equipment and software to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with local IT and facilities teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems.
  • Assist in the setup and execution of special events, webinars, and virtual meetings.
  • Provide training and support to employees on the use of conference room technology and video conferencing tools.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AV technologies and industry trends.

Qualification and experience/skills:

  • Experience with Poly video conferencing solutions and Microsoft Teams Rooms.
  • Experience with Crestron control, Crestron DM, Biamp and Shure audio processors.
  • Experience managing Teams and Zoom meetings & webinars.
  • Proficiency with Windows and the Office Suite
  • Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Team player with great interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • No license or certification is required for the position
