Internship Opportunities at Huntington:
Huntington offers internship opportunities for students who are currently enrolled in an academic program and seeking practical, hands‑on experience in their field of study. Internships take place during a defined period of time and are available across all business segments.
Rising seniors (Winter 2027 or Spring 2028 grads) may participate in the Huntington Internship Program, an 11-week, role-aligned experience where students work directly with a manager and team on meaningful business initiatives. In addition to hands-on project work, participants gain exposure to executive leadership, participate in Huntington's innovation project, and build connections that may lead to future full-time opportunities.

Retail Banking Internship Overview:
Within the Business Management and Commit To CARE team, interns will gain exposure to project and priority management. Students will partner directly with retail leadership, C2C program managers, and retail support partners to contribute to meaningful initiatives that enhance the colleague experience across the Huntington retail team. Interns will strengthen their communication skills while using Microsoft programs, AI tools, and other internal systems to support the development of strategic execution plans and presentations.
Opportunities may include exposure to Commit To CARE initiatives, such as the fraud journey, call center partnership and call reduction efforts, enhanced compensation planning, internal AI tool development, and more. Successful candidates are collaborative, organized, process oriented, and eager to learn and grow at a fast pace.

Compensation Range:
$21.00 - $25.00 HourlyThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Colleagues in Intern positions are eligible for paid holidays and Huntington’s retirement savings plan.
