Payments Solution
As Java Software Engineer you will build and improve integrations at a global scale for in-store and online payments. We make sure that our merchants and partners have a seamless integration with the Adyen platform.
Operational Scalability Team
The Operational Scalability team’s purpose is to help Adyen scale 10x without having to overload our teams with operational work and have them scale 10x in terms of team members.
The team aims to resolve the above challenge by enabling both internal (Adyen) and external (customers) users to be in control of their tasks and questions in a frictionless and efficient manner.
Currently this is done with the help of three permanent squads: configuration management, payment method management and user guidance. Those squads focus on automation, simplification and self-service initiatives that allow internal and external users of the platform to have a frictionless and efficient experience that helps them become self-sufficient.
We work closely together with our great colleagues in Operations to continuously assess the areas with the biggest impact, in order to make sure we can grow our customers without increasing operations. But other important stakeholders are the platform teams and payments engine teams.
