Intel Manufacturing Automation is seeking a visionary and results-driven site Director to lead expansion and delivery of automation programs in India. The ideal candidate will possess great people skills and will be able to drive growth through strategic alliances and partnerships. This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders, building ecosystems, driving business development initiatives, and ensuring alignment with company objectives

Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Team Building: Build a high-performing team focused on strategic partnerships. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
* Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to monitor the success of partnerships. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on partnership performance, market dynamics, and strategic recommendations.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the organization and delivery teams to ensure that partnership initiatives are aligned roadmaps and technical capabilities.
* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal/ external partners, ensuring alignment with Intel Foundry's goals and objectives. Act as the local primary point of contact for all strategic partnership matters.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years of people management experience. Proven experience in running large programs. Proven experience in leading and managing diverse teams. Working knowledge of software development, cloud computing, AI/ML. Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills. Proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions that drive business value
