Depending on your experience and scope, you may operate at a team or product-line level—owning backlog execution, leading complex cross-team initiatives, and influencing strategic roadmap outcomes. You will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate product vision into scalable, high-impact solutions that align with Clario’s business objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing
Translate product strategy and Features into clear, testable User Stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
Own and prioritize the Agile team backlog (Stories, Defects, Enablers) to maximize delivered business value
Lead requirements elaboration for complex products or cross-team initiatives within a Product Line
Align backlog priorities to the product roadmap in partnership with Product Management
Collaborate with Architects and Engineering to validate feasibility, sequencing, dependencies, and technical enablers
Support estimation, sprint planning, Program Increment (PI) Planning, release planning, and execution activities
Ensure requirements are captured, traceable, and maintained within Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools
Identify delivery risks, regulatory considerations, and operational impacts, proactively driving mitigation strategies
Provide visibility into progress through metrics, KPIs, and release readiness tracking
Serve as a trusted liaison between Product Management, SMEs, and development teams
For broader scope roles, influence product-line direction, mentor Product Owners, and establish best practices in business and system analysis
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Experience level aligned to role scope:
3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role for mid-level positions
6+ years of experience leading complex product or cross-team initiatives within Agile technology environments for senior-level positions
Demonstrated experience defining and managing product requirements across the full lifecycle from concept through release
Proven expertise in backlog ownership, prioritization, and User Story development within Scrum or SAFe frameworks
Experience translating product strategy into executable delivery plans, with increasing scope and influence at senior levels
Strong proficiency in collaborating with distributed engineering teams, Architects, and cross-functional stakeholders
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Application Lifecycle Management tools
Ability to manage ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across varying levels of seniority
For senior-level scope, demonstrated experience mentoring Product Owners, guiding business/system analysis best practices, and influencing product-line direction
Excellent English communication skills
Based in or able to work from Budapest, Hungary in a hybrid work arrangement
