About the Role

As a Corporate Sales Development Representative, you will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy ERP solutions and help develop customers into key references for Workday.

Your key goal will be to educate the market on Workday’s technology and applications while establishing, building and nurturing relationships with senior executives from mid size and large enterprise companies. Your aim will be developing an understanding of their business, the challenges they face, future projects and plans in order to address their needs with our solutions.

As you settle in role, you will become a trusted member of the regional sales team, collaborate with country managers and work cross-functionally with marketing to define joint strategy for developing the business. This position carries a monthly and quarterly quota of new business opportunities.

About You

This is the ideal start in your sales career, if you are motivated by a challenge, have good listening skills, can think on your feed and have a competitive drive.

Basic Qualifications

  • Native / Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese language is a plus but not a must)

  • Interest in launching a career in sales including: prospecting, inside sales, business development, high technology exposure, marketing, and direct sales.

  • Highly motivated, tenacious, self-starter

  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills


Other qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Keen communication skills

  • Passion for sales

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus

  • Previous background in B2B / B2C is a plus
