Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and providing guidance to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects. - Ensure successful execution of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. - Provide guidance and support to the team members. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives. - Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices. - Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement. - Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the field of Security Services. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. - Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts. - Experience in designing and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. - Knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR. - Experience in integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with other security systems. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other identity and access management tools such as Okta or Azure AD. - Familiarity with cloud security concepts and technologies. - Experience in conducting security assessments and audits. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
