Job Description Summary
The P&ES OTR Operations Analyst is responsible for driving operational performance related to outage planning and daily management across the P&ES organization. Additionally, this role will own the change order management process as well as the delivery of training and communication across P&ES and cross functional teams.
The role will drive business value & outage OTD by ensuring delivery of key project actions and daily management, optimization of processes related to outage planning & change order management using Lean principles and tools, while driving standardization and consistency of approach across the Regions and Functions.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Owns FV OTD KPI & action plan including MOR reporting & driving corrective actions for impacted tasks based on Pareto analysis and performance trends
- Drives improvements to P&ES outage readiness process through strengthening of planning tasks & rhythms
- Coordinate monthly with the OFS team to monitor the successful Outage Scorecard
- Serve as the Process Owner for the PES Daily Management (DM), driving the adoption and execution of standardized work practices across all regions. This includes regular coordination and support with regional stakeholders on matters related to DM processes and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the ONTRACK tool development team, including defining functional requirements, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting system issues, and supporting the rollout of enhancements
- Collaborate with ISM team to optimize PES Daily Management (DM), data integrity, KPI & metrics vs Global Services DM.
- Own the Project Change order process. Collaborate with Functions, Regions and ISM team for standardizing and minimizing users’ action and non-value-added tasks or waiting time. Continuously monitor process effectiveness and driving improvements.
- Manage PES internal communications, including PM training & newsletter, quarterly all employee calls
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Significant experience in project management or operations
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Strong track record of identifying, driving and sustaining improvements
- Ability and willingness to travel, as required
