CACI is seeking a cleared Field Logistics Coordinator to support our team in Virginia Beach, Va. This role will be in support of the KMI/ PKI/ Crypto program. If you are looking for a new challenge CACI would like to speak with you.


What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Communicate with command POCs as part of the coordination process for weekly status and completion of the Pre--upgrade/installation requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the command is prepared and meets all prerequisite requirements before assigning an AIT to travel and perform the onsite upgrades and/or installations.
  • Create line items in the Tech Refresh list on Sharepoint
  • Create document sets for each account System Operation Verification Test (SOVT), In/Out Briefs, Installation Completion Reports (ICR), and checklists.
  • Perform weekly updates and record information in SharePoint

    o   Task Status

    o   Availability Start/End

    o   Planned Start/End/Actual Finish

    o   Technician Assigned

    o   KOAM information

    o   Update account training information

    o   Record released messages Date Time Group (DTG)

    o   Track Fleet Readiness Control Board approval

    o   Track KMI Tech Refresh funding for assigned commands.

    o   Track receipt of required hardware

    o   Track command personnel availability for installation date

    o   Track Pre-upgrade Checklist completion.

    o   Provide/track completion messages.

    o   Provide Bi-weekly status to OSICs/TYCOMs

  • Draft and submit BESEP messages
  • Develop weekly activity reports
  • Screen and upload AIT documentation
  • Assist in the creation/development of Quality Assurance workbooks for Alfoat and Submarine installations
  • Provide status to the Project Engineer for weekly SPIDER updates



You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Seven years of relevant experience with C5ISR Complex Systems 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members.
  • Travel up to 25%

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Fifteen years of experience in a military environment performing training, integration, and testing of C4ISR complex systems.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$56,000-$117,500
