ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking motivated Service Reliability Manager to join National Australia Bank. As a Service Reliability Manager, you will manage a functional area or a collection of related activities to achieve identified objectives. Employees at this Group would be expected to provide advice for a variety of diverse tasks or problems based on the application of judgment in their area of expertise/responsibility.

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • End to end management of Security, Risk & Compliance for Frontline Tech services including ATMs, Self-Serve Machines, TCRs, Cardswipe devices.

  • Provide senior technical expertise in managing Frontline services with vendors, project delivery and architecture.

  • ITIL Production support for Frontline Technology services in for colleagues & customers in branches, HOBO sites and offsite locations 

  • Provide process improvement ideas and suggestions that help improve the overall support processes that are pertinent to providing greater value.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 10+ years’ experience in ATM/Frontline/Branch Tech systems, including Frontend (hardware/applications). ATM Protocols and backend (terminal handling, transaction switching). Tech expertise will be required in dealings with Architecture/Projects/Senior vendor tech stakeholders and business.

  • Excellent knowledge (prior experience) of Risk Management and regulatory/security frameworks and standards in the banking industry (this is a must) e.g. PCI DSS, etc

  • 10+ years in ITIL frameworks - support environments

  • Understands Integration flow between tech components & apps.

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills with an eye for detail & accuracy
