• Fluente conoscenza dell'inglese, verrà testato a colloquio - livello C1

• Forte motivazione ed interesse per l'ambito e l'azienda

• Interesse per le traduzioni dall'italiano all'inglese e viceversa

• Ottima conoscenza di excel (tabelle Pivot e grafici), power point e word

Cosa farai?

Il reparto Release Trending and Compliance fa parte dell’organizzazione di Qaulity Assurance della MPU Primaria.

Le responsabilità principali del Team sono:

• Guidare tutte le Governance e gli aspetti del Sistema di Qualità all’interno della MPU Primaria.

• Guidare le attività di rilascio dei prodotti bulk nel rispetto delle tempistiche definite.

• Eseguire Analisi e trend dati ai fini di monitorare gli aspetti di qualità (DR, CR, CAPA, …) ed effettuare dei trend teorici per valutare scenari futuri.

• Guidare tutte le attività di Inspection Readiness: preparazione, supporto e coordinamento delle attività ispettive.

Comprenderai come gira e si articola il sistema di qualità in una azienda farmaceutica.

Il supporto richiesto sarà progressivamente crescente sia nella autonomia dell’esecuzione attività, sia nella visione globale del reparto che dell’organizzazione. La risorsa supporterà nelle seguenti attività:

• estrazioni dati;

• creazione degli executive summary (in lingua inglese) per riassumere tutti gli aspetti inerenti il controllo (robustezza e qualità) dei prodotti;

• preparazione presentazioni generali (esempio, agende) dei meeting di Governance

• partecipazione ai meeting di governance: prendere nota dei punti emersi durante il meeting e redazione di minute nei tempi richiesti.

Altre attività:

• elaborazione dei dati sui topic richiesti;

• elaborazione di trend predittivi;

• supportare attività di inspection readiness: revisione liste ispettive, supporto nei meeting.

Competenze da sviluppare:

• Comprensione dettagliata circa il funzionamento e l’articolazione del sistema di qualità in una azienda farmaceutica.

• Comprensione del funzionamento di una Organizzazione produttiva complessa (interazioni tra funzioni).

• Comprensione dei processi operativi della Manufacturing Unit Primaria.

• Gestione delle attività nelle tempistiche richieste

• Gestione degli stakeholders
