What will you do?
As a Sales Engineer you combine technical expertise with customer-facing sales support. You will work with prospective customers to understand requirements, demonstrate products, design technical solutions, answer technical questions, and support the sales process through evaluations, proofs of concept, and implementation planning. The role bridges the gap between sales, engineering, and customer success teams to help customers adopt the right solution.

We are looking for you that are in the start of your career in tech, maybe you have a recently graduated within data science or similar. You have a great passion for modern technology, and you are driven by your energy to identify and resolve complex problems while providing excellent customer service. If you are eager to prove your understanding of computer networking principles, your strong problem-solving abilities in a fast paced environment, and you are willing to learn and grow, then this position offers numerous growth opportunities and a long-lasting career with SOTI. Pre-Sales Engineers are responsible for satisfying the needs of new and existing customers in an effort to maximize their experience with SOTI products. This includes, providing technical support, revenue generation in add-on sales and professional service training and following up on support cases as needed.

Salary: 35-40,000base EUR/annually with a commission structure on top.
