Main Responsibilities
40-Management of marketing development of Therapeutical Area (TA) product portfolios
30-Management of Therapeutical Area (TA) marketing team
30-Close/effective cooperation with Sales team and cross functional team for effective promotion and implementation of the marketing strategies
Major Responsibilities/Activities:
Management of marketing development of TA product portfolios
Develop effective, competitive marketing strategies/marketing plans to leverage portfolio’s position in the marketplace and translate marketing strategies into day-to-day marketing tactics for sales force promotion execution
Integrate launch readiness plan and launch plan
Establish product portfolio strategic plans and LRP (5-10 years Long Range Plan) to support company’s strategy, revenue and profit goals and monitors respective expenses throughout the years
Establish solid KOLs relationship and strong brand positioning endorsement and leverage KOLs influence to shape the Drs treatment perception & Rx behaviors to achieve brand marketing objectives
Apply different marketing mix and communication tools/platforms to maximize company & brand images in related therapeutic area to build strong branding
Translate complex information/concepts into clear SWOT analysis and determine brand development strategies with solid marketing planning and Cycle POA (Plan of Action)
Monitor and Track the brand marketing execution with clear KPIs results evaluation on Quarterly and Yearly basis
Management of TA marketing team
Develop an effective marketing team that supports TA marketing & sales strategies/objectives (e.g. staffing and coaching etc.)
Motivate and improve the performance of the marketing team by setting standards & goals, providing regular feedback and supporting plans for performance improvement so that all team members are inspired to contribute their maximum potentials
Create an environment in which information regarding the market and company products can be shared and updated between the marketing team and other departments of the organization in order to generate the required business results
Attract , keep and develop marketing talents and manage team’s turn over
Close/effective cooperation with Sales team and cross functional team
Establish mutual understanding and trust relationship with sales team and effectively communicate brand marketing strategies to get sales team buy in.
Provide onsite coaching and training support to Local Marketing Managers/Supervisors (LMM/LMS)and inspire them to execute marketing strategies with local adapted promotion activities to achieve sales goals.
Directs the close cooperation between marketing and sales teams in the implementation of Cycle POA with clear sales promotion KPIs monitoring/tracking.
Cooperate with cross functional team to ensure marketing related support to products market access, medical development, sales team training, regulatory & government affairs, finance management and process compliance.
REQUIREMENTS:
Industry experiences: Minimum 10 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry
Position experiences:
Around 5 years of central marketing experiences in the multinational company
Minimum 1 year marketing management background
Experience in Gastro, Pancreatic/Biliary surgery is a plus
Language Skills: Fluent in English both oral and written
Computer Skills: Working knowledge, especially good at Excel and PowerPoint
Mobility: Willing to travel frequently
Other Special requirement:
Thorough understanding on the healthcare industry (pharmaceutical and medical device markets) is a plus
Good understanding of business and product knowledge with marketing sense
Open minded with good communication skills
Good team leadership skills & project management skills
Strong commercial feeling and analytical skills
