The Intercompany Reporting Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of intercompany transactions across entities. This role supports financial integrity by maintaining strong internal controls, resolving discrepancies and contributing to continuous improvement of the intercompany process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process intercompany transactions accurately and within agreed deadlines
  • Cooperate closely with internal counterparties across different entities to ensure smooth intercompany operations
  • Identify, investigate and resolve mismatches between group entities in a timely manner
  • Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing detailed intercompany data and reconciliations
  • Act as a point of contact for intercompany queries and escalate unresolved issues appropriately
  • Perform Balance Sheet Reconciliations related to intercompany accounts
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and internal control requirements related to intercompany processes
  • Prepare and maintain documentation supporting internal control execution
  • Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities related to intercompany area
  • Monitor aging items and drive resolution of outstanding intercompany differences
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practice sharing across entities

 

Basic Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting or intercompany area
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Excel skills (data analysis, reconciliations, reporting)
  • Previous experience working with SAP is preferred
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with international stakeholders

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 118,500 to PLN 197,500 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave.
