Summary
In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build elegant and responsive user experiences that make software engineering more joyful. You’ll be tasked with building robust front-end systems that are flexible and lay the foundation for us to support new features and visualizations as our product evolves.
Example projects:
• Develop elegant and responsive user experiences
• Collect, parse, and ideate on feedback generated from internal and external users
• Collaborate with our product design team to transform promising ideas into new product features
• Build and improve our state management system to handle numerous asynchronous requests and work around varying model latencies
• Help develop new features that change the way users create, modify and interact with code

• Compensation packages are highly variable based on a variety of factors. If your salary requirements fall outside of the stated range, we still encourage you to apply. The salary range for this role is $170,000–$350,000.

About us
Imbue builds AI systems that reason and code, enabling AI agents to accomplish larger goals and safely work in the real world. We train our own foundation models optimized for reasoning and prototype agents on top of these models. By using these agents extensively, we gain insights into improving both the capabilities of the underlying models and the interaction design for agents.
