JM&A Group is seeking a strategic, analytical, and forward-thinking Senior Financial Analyst to support enterprise-wide financial planning efforts. What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain a scenario-based long-range plan that provides decision-making flexibility for leadership

• Analyze actual results to identify business trends and understand variances vs. prior year, budget and forecast

• Serve as a subject matter expert on financial models, including forecast/planning and bonus payouts templates capital expenditure

• Continuously enhance financial models and reporting tools by recommending and implementing improvements

• Build visually compelling dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., balanced scorecards) to help drive business insights

• Provide actionable insights through trend analysis, forecasting, and key performance analytics

• Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting that supports strategic and operational decision-making

• Use advanced technical finance knowledge to partner with business leaders and influence outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field

• 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or FP&A

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and intellectual curiosity

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

• Solid project management skills (organizing, planning, and executing work independently and in teams)

• Skilled at presenting complex data to senior leaders and non-financial audiences

• Comfortable challenging assumptions, identifying data gaps, and providing fact-based recommendations

• Deep financial expertise with an ability to connect business drivers to macroeconomic trends

• Advanced Excel and Oracle EPM skills (Essbase preferred)
