Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating all necessary documentation to support aggregate financial and state-specific data call reporting for the middle market book of business.

  • Assist with all payment obligations affected by the middle market segment’s experience.

  • Directly assist with financial data call strategy as well as management of timelines, data quality assurance, and reporting obligations.

  • Resolve all open bureau criticisms and work with staff to remedy systemic data anomalies. 

  • Assist with support of enterprise-wide data transformation initiatives, including data store-related activity.

  • Conduct a detailed analysis of regulatory bulletins and properly alert IT and Claims stakeholders of upcoming items of impact.

  • Create a process documentation repository to ensure a seamless transition to new workflows upon account renewal on to Arch policies.

Key Competencies

  • Must have a strong knowledge of the Workers Compensation line of business.

  • Firm understanding of the various bureau data requirements.

  • Competent with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • A minimum of at least 4 years of work experience in Statistical Reporting, reporting on Workers Compensation insurance.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of statistical plans and insurance premium and claims data.

For individuals assigned or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, NJ; New York State; and/or Washington State, the base salary range is listed below. This range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.

$100,000 - $140,000/year

  • Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.  The above range may be modified in the future
