About the Role

We are looking for a contact centre representative who can communicate fluently and effectively in Thai and Vietnamese in addition to English, to provide excellent customer service to our corporate clients.

You will be responsible for attending to inbound calls and emails, handling claims and requests, issuing letters of guarantee, and ensuring data privacy and security.

You will also work closely with other departments to resolve any issues and provide feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to inbound call and email enquiries regarding benefits & coverage, claims, letter of guarantee request and policy member maintenance, received from corporate clients (Insured Employees/Members, HR personnel, Agents, Brokers)
  • Escalate enquiry to other relevant departments, follow-up and keep customer informed regularly
  • Update enquiry details and claim documents into system
  • Issue Letter of Guarantee to panel hospital and insured member
  • Deliver and maintain minimum customer service standard as set by the company
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree holder, with a minimum of 5 years Contact Centre experience preferably with insurance/employee benefits knowledge.
  • Possess excellent capabilities in following up, prioritization and multitasking
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment and work within tight deadlines
  • Result oriented personality is essential.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to perform 24/7 shift rotation.
  • Able to speak and read Thai / Vietnamese in addition to English.
