The Opportunity:  

Join a dynamic team seeking an experienced analyst excited to showcase their skills in the Naval Sea Systems Command.  CACI is looking for a Program Analyst who will support the Program Executive Office for Aircraft Carriers on-site in Washington, DC.   You will have the opportunity to influence the planning, scheduling, and messaging to the Navy for Aircraft Carrier Modernization Availabilities. In addition, you will have the chance to work as an integral part of a team of highly productive  professionals who thrive on supporting our customer's mission and growth objectives. You will bring strong analytical skills, aptitude and demonstrated initiative.

Responsibilities:

As the PEO Aircraft Carriers In-Service Modernization Program Analyst Support for PMS 312E, the candidate shall:

  • Interface with the In-Service Carrier Refueling Complex Overhaul and Modernization Life Cycle Management Teams.
  • Analyze Modernization metrics and schedule milestones.
  • Prepare reports for meetings, conferences and summits, as required.
  • Gather/Track monthly metrics for the Modernization team.
  • Coordinate with Aircraft Carrier community stakeholders.
  • Track and assist in the resolution of Action Items related to the Modernization Team.
  • Attend meetings as required.
  • Provide comprehensive support to program Modernization Managers
  • Track and analyze Aircraft Carrier Modernization Availability Schedules for conflicts and schedule deviations
  • Provide recommendations to Aircraft Carrier modernization work packages based on data collected from maintenance records risk assessments and first-time installations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure communication of Modernization efforts across the Navy
  • Develop Plan of Actions and Milestones for Aircraft Carrier Maintenance activities
  • Maintain Modernization metrics, maturity data, and dashboards for Ship Availabilities and Milestones
  • Finalize briefings, correspondence, issue papers, naval messages, memoranda and other methods of communication
  • Provide support of Government for Technical Instructions, version control, maintenance of historical files, developing of templates and organizing technical input into a draft product for program manager approval
  • Assist in the development of Liaison Action Record responses and interface, as required, with activities/codes involved in developing, or concurring in responses.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  •  5+ or more years of related or applicable work experience
  • Ability to interface efficiently with team members and technical leads.
  • Strong attention to detail; Administrative skills and highly organized.
  • Possesses good verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, detail oriented, and organization skills.
  • Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Current and active Secret clearance

Desired:

  • DoD experience.
  • Active-Duty Aircraft Carrier experience a plus.
  • NAVSEA experience a plus.
  • Aircraft Modernization knowledge or experience is a plus.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,700 - $165,200
