The Director, Finance – Fresh Freezer Cooler Item Planning plays a critical role in driving strategic initiatives across the Fresh area. As a Director, you will have a team of 3 associates that manage the item life cycle of seasonal and limited time buy items. This team plays a crucial role in maximizing the sales and profitability of these key items. The item planning team also provides timely visibility to the merchandise team around promotional events and holidays. The Item Planning Director will have additional responsibilities across the Fresh area that include cohesive reporting, strategic planning, supplier financing, and market insights. The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
