This Position reports to:

In this role is contributing to the Warehouse Operations function. It supports efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and timely shipping to meet customer requirements .

The work model for the role is: ONSITE

This role is contributing to the Warehouse function in Saint-Hubert , Quebec.

We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate with proven forklift experience to help keep our operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for safe material handling, accurate inventory movement, and timely order fulfillment—working closely with the operations and logistics teams to meet daily targets.

Your responsibilities

  • Safely operate forklifts (e.g., counterbalance, reach truck, pallet jack) for loading/unloading, put-away, and replenishment
  • Receive, verify, and inspect incoming goods; match shipments to documentation (packing slips, BOLs)
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders according to work orders and shipping schedules
  •  Load and secure pallets for outbound shipments following best practices and weight distribution
  •  Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy (WMS/RF scanning)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of aisles, docks, and storage areas (5S standards)
  • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and equipment pre‑use inspectionsTroubleshoot minor equipment issues and report defects or hazards promptly
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate status updates to supervisors
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors

Your background

  • Valid forklift certification and proven experience operating powered industrial trucks
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ warehouse experience (distribution, manufacturing, or logistics)
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)-SAP
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and documentation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg), stand/walk for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures
  • Basic computer literacy (email, scanning, data entry)
  • French communication skills, as applicable to the site
