What you'll do

As an eTrading Analyst, you’ll build an understanding of the latest developments in a rapidly growing industry.

You’ll also be responsible for:

  • Monitoring, operating and improving automated trading systems
  • Performing real-time risk monitoring and management activities to operate investment decision algorithms
  • The timely, accurate, and consistent pricing and execution of the desk’s product range in line with our policy as well as daily risk management of the desk’s books using appropriate hedging instruments
  • The accurate, complete, and timely booking and recording of the desk’s transactions, the daily review of the desk’s activities, and reconciliation of its P&L
  • Working closely with colleagues in the eTrading team, as well as in Trading, Quantitative Analytics and Technology

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with an interest in markets and technology. You’ll be a highly analytical and logical thinker with an entrepreneurial attitude and an enthusiasm for working on trading automation projects. You'll also have a naturally curious mindset and a desire to learn about new topics as well as deepen your understanding of existing ones.

We’re also looking for:

  • Experience in, and an understanding of trading, P&L, and markets
  • Acute attention to detail
  • The ability to make important business decisions based on accumulated knowledge
  • Coding experience, ideally in Python, and a proficiency in statistical methods
  • A collaborative problem-solver, who enjoys working in a team
