Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field)

• Up to 4 - 5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts.

• Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations.

Additional Requirements

• Valid U.S. visa (required)

• Willingness to travel up to 50% to Customer sites

• Strong communication skills in English

• Ability to work in cross-functional and customer-facing environments

• Timely and effective resolution of technical issues and fleet events

• Strong technical support to the Fleet Manager and Field Teams

• Positive feedback from customers and internal stakeholders

This role is ideal for developing strong technical expertise while contributing directly to Customer success under LTSA contracts.
