We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Boston Dynamics. This unique role involves working closely with the Sales team to manage and schedule our Sales activity and robot fleet. While it is not a highly technical role, a basic understanding and comfort with robotics or relevant experience troubleshooting and maintaining equipment is required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, familiarity with shipping and logistics tasks, and be physically capable of lifting heavy boxes. This is an entry-level position with a primary reporting relationship to the Sales and Revenue Operations teams.

Day-to-day activities:
Fleet Coordination: Schedule, manage, and track the deployment and return of our robot fleet to support Sales activities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to understand their requirements and ensure timely availability of equipment.
Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of the fleet, including tracking equipment condition, repairs, software updates and maintenance schedules.
Basic Robotics Support: Provide basic support to the Sales team in handling and operating robotics equipment, including troubleshooting minor issues.
Communication: Ensure clear and timely communication with the Sales team regarding fleet availability and any potential delays or issues.
Physical Requirements: Be capable of lifting and moving heavy boxes and equipment.
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of fleet usage, issues, and improvements.
Desired skills:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience.
Basic knowledge and comfort with robotics technology.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
Team player with a willingness to collaborate and support the sales team.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using basic software tools.
A proactive and positive attitude.
Prior experience in a related role is an advantage but not a requirement.
Prior shipping and logistics, especially Dangerous Goods, is a benefit.
Able to safely lift up to 75 lbs.
